Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to verify or modify addresses once an order has been placed.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, refunds or replacements will not be issued. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
We do not issue refunds for refused packages or items returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Due to the personal, custom, and small-batch nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
